Micro-management, Work culture and perfectionist mentality
While being on this journey and being a perfectionist by heart, I felt the need to loose things a bit to let it straight out.
Here are my learnings so far,
1. you can only control so far and predict upto 99% accuracy at Max! .. There is always a room for error and chance. Hence, the capacity to deal with uncertainty is more important than accuracy.
2. You can choose who you want to work for or who work under you but managing both needs skills. Because, if you chose the wrong person to work for you, it's definitely a down turn. But rather uphill task is how to let the person with not righteous intensions not work for you. Sometimes entrepreneurship is more about psychology of people than money!.
